Quality Finish is a fresh, dynamic and innovative Patisserie company run by a team of young professionals headed by the owner Tom Davison. Together they provide an unparalleled and flexible service to the catering and hospitality industry.

Tom has a wealth of experience ranging from fine dining eateries to some of the worlds most prestigious cruise liners where he held the position as Executive Pastry Chef. During this time he won a host of awards and medals at various culinary competitions.

Now based in the heart of Southampton, with its easy road links to all parts of the country; Quality Finish is ideally situated to provide the countries top establishments with bespoke desserts, Tom's philosophy is to remove the pressure from the hotel chefs and to provide a quality product which will enhance the reputation of any establishment and compliment any menu.
